Marianne Yocca – Senior Customer Service Representative – Marianne has worked in the Health and Life Insurance business since 1992.  She started her experience with Grinspec Consulting, specializing in the Public Employer Marketplace.  She made the transition to Private Sector when Ed Gunther came aboard to head Centric Benefits (formerly known as Grinspec of New Jersey, Inc.) in 1996.  She uses her knowledge of the medical insurance industry to keep up-to-date on plan designs, benefit structures and rates.  Marianne’s main focus is Customer Service.  She works closely with some of Centric’s large group customers as the “go-to” person for help in solving claim problems, transmitting information between he carriers, client and general customer service support.  Marianne will work closely with other members of the team while specifically working on employee claim resolution, eligibility and billing discrepancies.
