Maria joined Centric Benefits Consulting as a Senior Account Manager following 15 years with a major insurance consulting firm, where she was successful in managing key accounts offering timely, creative solutions to meet their needs. Prior to that, she worked with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for over 11 years in several capacities: Account Consultant, Proposal Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative.
At Centric Benefits Consulting, Maria provides daily hands-on service to employer groups of all sizes and composition, ensuring both the employer and the employees are well educated. Maria is known for her dedication to her clients and her competence in helping her clients understand their benefits, updating them on legislation and compliance, managing carrier transitions, and running open enrollment meetings and wellness campaigns. Maria also works with the sales team to prepare marketing and benefit plan recommendations. Maria received a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College and holds a Health and Life license.
