James Pignataro's Profile and Contact Information

James started at Centric Benefits Consulting in 2022 as a college intern from Drexel University. Under the Co-op program, James learned about the health insurance industry from a hands-on perspective and how to build and manage Employee Benefits Portals for various employer groups. James successfully graduated from Drexel in June 2023 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology and Communications.

Since then, he has joined the Centric staff full-time as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for building and managing Benefit Portals, handling employee enrollments, waivers, and other Eligibility needs or issues. James has displayed considerable skill at multi-tasking various projects along with customer needs, while continuing to learn more about the insurance industry first-hand during his time at Centric. His capacity for empathy and resourcefulness has afforded Centric’s clients and their employees a satisfying and impeccable experience, even during periods of distress or uncertainty.
